Please choose your preferred pricing option and proceed to apply for a perpetual rights lease. Kindly note that an application process is necessary from us to verify that your intended use will not infringe on any existing Trademark.
Important Note: By submitting an application for a perpetual rights lease, you are acknowledging that: 1. you are offering to lease the domain name, and 2. you agree to pay a non-refundable application fee.
Step 2:
Approval of your application
Upon receiving your perpetual rights lease application, we will review it and contact you if any additional clarification is required. If we determines that your intended use will not infringe on any existing Trademark, we will approve your application, and your perpetual rights lease will commence.
Important Note: Your credit card will not be charged at the time of submitting your application. Once your perpetual rights lease application is approved, your credit card will be charged for the prorated amount of the first month. Subsequent payments will be automatically charged on the first day of each month.
Step 3:
Leasing.my updates your name servers
After the approval of your perpetual rights lease application, we will make the necessary changes to the domain registrar Nameserver.
Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for the changes to propagate worldwide.

Step 4:
Set up automatic payments.
Your account will be automatically charged on the 1st of each pay period going forward.
Please ensure that you have sufficient funds or credit available in your account to avoid payment failure.
If payment fails to be processed within 72 hours, your lease application may be cancelled.
Important Note: You may cancel your perpetual rights lease at any time from within your account without penalty. However, there will be no refund for the current pay period. For further information, please refer to our Refund Policy.
